All Scotsdales stores are currently open
The Government has permitted garden centres to remain open during the third lockdown period and therefore all three Scotsdales stores are currently open.
All Sunflower Cafe's are currently closed until 1st February 2021 or until further notice. We will notify all through the usual channels prior to their eventual re-opening.

We ask that those who are thinking about visiting our stores consider ordering online or placing a phone order as we focus on maintaining Covid-19 safety measures in store such as social distancing.

Selected items are available for a contact free click and collect service at Great Shelford.
We are continually adding new products to our website for the click and collect service and online delivery orders. If you cannot see a product you're looking for then please contact our Great Shelford store on 01223 842777 for further assistance.

We would like to remind all customers that visits to our store should be for the essential items only in accordance with the Governments sanctioned lockdown rules and that if you do visit that visits are brief and in-line with the following safety measures found below.

You will find signage throughout the stores, including floor signs and lollipop signs marking the correct social spacing when queuing. We will ask that our customers visit the store individually where possible. This group should remain together at all times. Young children in particular should always be supervised, please. Some departments may be restricted or closed off. This is to ensure everyone's safety. Perspex screens will be in place at checkouts and the Information Desk for the safety of our customers and staff. Unfortunately we're unable to honour any out of date vouchers for either our Beautiful Christmas Magazine or our Your Scotsdales loyalty voucher booklets. We will be sending out our Beautiful Spring Magazine to selected postcodes from March with vouchers for seasonal products. Our knowledgeable staff will still be on hand to help with any questions you may have on plants, garden care, pet care and more. There are no late night shopping evenings at present. We are currently operating a full local delivery service (please see delivery information below) and where necessary we will offer the option of a courier or postal service too. In accordance with the Government Sanctioned lockdown rules we have closed all three Sunflower Cafes. We will notify all customers through the usual channels when the Sunflower Cafes do re-open later this year. Any unwanted/faulty items should be returned to one of our Scotsdales stores with proof of purchase. We do offer a click and collect service at our Great Shelford store only. Delivery fees are dependent on the size of the item and the delivery address. Yes of course, we would encourage this service for those who are sheilding, vunerable and any customer during lockdown periods. We are following the advice of Public Health England and are still making deliveries for online orders. However, we are only able to deliver to within a 30 miles radius of our Great Shelford store (120 Cambridge Road, Great Shelford, CB22 5JT). Our normal delivery days are not in practice, instead we will contact you when a suitable delivery date has been scheduled. Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water. We are still delivering the majority of larger items. However, there are a small number of large products that are currently unavailable because they exceed a certain size or weight. These items require two people to deliver them, and with the current social distancing measures that are in place, we are temporarily unable to operate some of our services. Please note: on arrival to your property, we will only be able to deliver your goods to either your doorstep, or to a garage or outbuilding. We're sorry that we will not be able to enter your main premises at this time. Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. If you have received an order confirmation email, then this order is being processed. We will then contact you when possible to advise of delivery date for your goods. On arrival to your property, we will only be able to deliver your goods to either your doorstep, or to a garage or outbuilding. Delivery Charge We are currently offering a contact free click and collect service from our Great Shelford store for a limited range of products. You can order these here. We will accept any items to be returned to us within 30 days of our stores reopening. Items returned will need to be presented in the same condition as they were purchased. We will refuse the return of any items deemed unsuitable for resale. We will endeavour to contact anyone who places an order as soon as possible. However, due to the current situation, we may be running with limited staff and slight delays may be possible. Please be considerate of our delivery teams as they will be taking every precaution to keep themselves and our customers safe.
Children are welcome but must be closely supervised at all times for everyone's safety.
If this is not possible, we will allow a maximum of 4 people from one household and bubble.
We endeavour to honour the vouchers featured in the magazine at the point of writing the magazine in November 2020. Please be aware changes outside of our control may occur impacting our ability to honour the vouchers.
If national or global events such as lockdowns occur that impacts product the supply chain then Scotsdales has the right to amend any offer or voucher, including the pricing of the offer and terminating the offer before the stated validity date.
We suggest that you do not visit our store unless to purchase essential items, and that you consider calling your local store, email enquiries@scotsdales.com or contact us throughout social media channels for any enquiries as we focus on keeping social distancing measures in store.

We have quarantining procedures in place for returned items for the safety of our customers and staff members.
Alternatively, chip and pin is still accepted and our card machines are regularly wiped down as part of our in-store safety measures.
