Parasitic Whitefly Control - for indoor/glasshouse use only
Whitefly are controlled by introducing a tiny parasitic wasp Encarsia formosa. These wasps search out whitefly pupae and once located lay an egg inside the whitefly pupae which turns black in colour and kills the whitefly. The parasitised whitefly pupae then goes on to produce a new Encarsia formosa wasp.
- Supplied as 1 500 parasitized whitefly pupae on cards from which the Parasitic wasp adults will emerge
- A programme of Whitefly Control will work more effectively than an individual application
- Temperatures should be at least 17°C for Encarsia formosa to be active
