Where do you deliver to?

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we will be running a limited delivery service. our delivery restrictiosn different for category listings. 

Garden Furniture & BBQ - we are only able to deliver to within a 30 mile radius of our Great Shelford store (120 Cambridge Road, Great Shelford, CB22 5JT). We currently aim to get all furniture delivered within 14 days of purchase.

All other products: we are only able to deliver to within a 15 mile radius of our stores.

Once an order has been placed, we will be in contact to confirm a delivery date for you.

What are your delivery charges?

Garden Furniture & Barbecue items: £10.00 delivery charge on all orders. Free delivery on any order over £150.00.

I'm not in your delivery area, can I still place an order?

Yes. We may be able to arrange for deliveries over 30 miles, but this will be a judgement made on a case by case basis. Please email esales@scotsdales.com for further assistance.

Can I still place an order online for delivery?

Yes, however we are only accepting online orders for the following products: Garden Furniture, BBQ and Gift Vouchers. We have a limited range of alternative products that are available to order by phone which can be found here: Phone Orders

We are following the advice of Public Health England and are still making deliveries for online orders. However, we are only able to deliver to within a 30 miles radius of our Great Shelford store (120 Cambridge Road, Great Shelford, CB22 5JT). 

Our normal delivery days are not in practice, instead we will contact you when a suitable delivery date has been scheduled. 

Can I still receive delivery of parcels?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

Can I still receive delivery of larger items?

We are still delivering the majority of larger items. However, there are a small number of large products that are currently unavailable because they exceed a certain size or weight. These items require two people to deliver them, and with the current social distancing measures that are in place, we are temporarily unable to operate some of our services.   

Please note: on arrival to your property, we will only be able to deliver your goods to either your doorstep, or to a garage or outbuilding. We're sorry that we will not be able to enter your main premises at this time.  

Should I be concerned about touching an order I have received or collected?

Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

What if I am self isolating or do not wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?

If you have received an order confirmation email, then this order is being processed. We will then contact you when possible to advise of delivery date for your goods.

On arrival to your property, we will only be able to deliver your goods to either your doorstep, or to a garage or outbuilding. We're sorry that we will not be able to enter your main premises at this time.
