Deliveries

> What are the different delivery options available for Scotsdales products?

We have a local delivery service available for all Scotsdales customers within a 30 mile radius of our stores. Click here for a full list of the areas we can deliver to, and the days we deliver.

We can also offer an overnight courier service for items below 30kg (UK mainland only). This option cannot be offered for all item types, please contact our Great Shelford store to enquire about specific items.

> How much do Scotsdales charge for delivery service?

Our local delivery service costs £10 per customer visit (no matter how many items we're delivering). All orders over £100 include the option for free delivery. Our Courier service costs can vary dependent on the size of the items being shipped, please contact our Great Shelford store for further details

> Do the Scotsdales stores have wheelchair access?

Great Shelford - We have up to seven wheelchairs and three mobility scooters available if necessary. All areas of the store (including the Sunflower Cafe) are accessible for wheelchairs and buggies; with automatic doors at both the main entrance and exit to the store.

Fordham - We have up to three wheelchairs and a mobility scooter available if necessary. All areas of the store (including the Sunflower Cafe) are accessible for wheelchairs and buggies; with automatic doors at both the main entrance and exit to the store.

Fordham - Dogs are allowed in the store year round if kept on a lead. However, dogs are not permitted in the Sunflower Café, but are welcome in the outside seating area.

Horningsea - Dogs are allowed in the store if kept on a lead. There is a small area in the Café suitable for dogs, however, this space is limited and we cannot guarantee that it will be available.

Refund Policies

> Am I entitled to a refund?

We can offer refunds for any unwanted goods returned to Scotsdales in their original packaging in the same condition as when they were purchased. We can only offer refunds for items returned to Scotsdales within 28 days of your original purchase with a copy of your customer receipt for the order.

However, please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following items: earrings, underwear, used clothing and alcohol.

Gift Vouchers

> What types do Scotsdales accept instore?

We accept HTA's National Garden Gift Vouchers & Scotsdales Gift Vouchers in each of our three stores.

> How can they be purchased?

We sell both HTA and Scotsdales gift vouchers in all three of our stores, talk to a member of our team at any of our till points for full availability. Alternatively, click here to order vouchers online.

Event Tickets

> Can I swap dates/times of booked tickets?

Should you need to amend your pre-booked slot for any of our ticketed events (including the Christmas grotto), then we will require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to give us the opportunity to offer this space to other customers. We will be unable to amend a timeslot or offer any form of refund to anyone that doesn’t contact us within these time parameters.

> Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

We are very happy to offer refunds for unused tickets. To qualify for a refund, we require at least 48 hours’ notice of your intent to cancel your booked slot. This allows us the opportunity to offer this space to other customers.

> How do I cancel a booked spaces?

If you need to cancel your pre-booked slot on a ticketed event, then please contact our Great Shelford store on: 01223 842777 or email events@scotsdales.com for further assistance.

> I've lost or never received my event ticket, can I request another one?

Should you for any reason lose or misplace your e-ticket, or are concerned that the e-mail is missing, please contact our Great Shelford store on 01223 842 777 for further assistance. We are very happy resend E-tickets to customers at any time.

> How can I provide general feedback for an event?
