We do offer a click and collect service at our Great Shelford store only. This service is available on selected items only.
If an item you're looking for is not available for click and collect, please consider a phone order and call our Great Shelford store on 01223 842777.
We are currently operating a full local delivery service (within 30 miles of CB22 5JT - please see delivery information below) and where necessary we will offer the option of a courier or postal service too.
Yes.
Any unwanted/faulty items should be returned to one of our Scotsdales stores with proof of purchase.

We will take cash but wherever possible we request that our customers pay by card.
The maximum spend by contactless has been raised to £100.

We have also introduced the Your Scotsdales loyalty app to aide with scan and go shopping which has an electronic copy of your card. You can find out more here.
As of 04/04/22 we will be introducing Loyalty Points. Scan your card everytime you shop to earn and redeem your points (certain exceptions apply - click here).
We will keep in touch with members of our Your Scotsdales loyalty scheme via our monthly newsletters for those who have agreed to accept email communications.
Yes.
We would like our customers to consider if they need to bring their dog with them during their brief visit for the essentials in store. However, Scotsdales will allow dogs on leads into all three Scotsdales stores.
We do ask that they are kept under strict supervision at all times for the safety of others around them.

Delivery is available for areas within 30miles of any of our stores when placing orders over the phone, otherwise delivery is 30 miles from our Great Shelford store (120 Cambridge Road, Great Shelford, CB22 5JT) when placing orders online.

From Monday 4th April 2022, scan your card every time you shop to earn points then turn these points into money off the next time you're at the checkouts.
For every £1 spent in store you'll collect 4 points.
100 points is the equivalent to £1 redeemed off your next purchase.
Points can be collected and redeemed against purchases made at the checkouts in store and in our Sunflower Cafes.
You cannot collect or automatically redeem points against purchases made online and over the phone but we can add them on after with proof of purchase.

Yes, just select the correct store at the top of the screen before you start scanning.
Scan & Go is available on Google play and the Apple App Store. Please make sure you have the latest version downloaded on your phone.
Yes, but please be aware that the checkout assistants will need to review your order before completing the purchase.
Security tagged items will require de-tagging. Please put these to one side and the checkout assistant will remove the tags for you.
The app will allow you to review your order before selecting the "Pay at Till" option. You can always go back to your cart and delete items or change quantities if there are discrepancies.
There will always be a member of staff at the checkouts and throughout the store to help.
To the right hand side of the items, there is a bin icon. By selecting this you will remove the item from your shopping cart.
Underneath the item description you can add or subtract quantities.
Alongside our loyalty vouchers, you will also receive extra vouchers throughout the year that are exclusive to the Loyalty App users only, including a Loyalty App exclusive birthday voucher.
Your account number is a unique reference of which all your loyalty cards are registred to. Some users may have more than one card registered to their account due to replacements.
The number present on the reverse of your loyalty card, below the signature strip is not the account number, this is your card number.
Please ring 01223 842777 and request your number from the information team. Alternatively if you are visiting one of our stores then please ask a member of staff at the checkouts and information desk.
Yes, the team at the checkout will be reviewing your shopping. The team are also instructed to perform random rescans throughout the day. Please do not panic if your shopping is rescanned, it is a precautionary measure performed on shopping chosen at random.
