We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, great attitude and ideally holding, or working towards a recognised catering qualification. We offer a great opportunity to progress within the kitchen brigade as well as food safety qualifications and other relevant training under senior chefs
Duties
· Prepare and serve our hot food offering, achieving the quality and presentation as per standards.
· Prepare and maintain your designated section of the kitchen whilst being able to help others in their sections when needed.
· Be able to deal with high volume service in a calm and organised manner, without lets standards slip.
· Provide ideas and support for senior chefs in developing the menu and food offer
· Support and help develop junior chefs, ensuring standards are always adhered to.

We are seeking a Garden Centre Manager to join our Fordham team.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, the successful candidate will bring exceptional retail management expertise with proven experience of leading multiple direct reports and their teams. You will thrive in a hands-on retail environment and have the drive, confidence and strategic commercial thinking to oversee the end to end business operation, taking full responsibility for putting our customers first and delivering outstanding results.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellent retail standards throughout the site
- Line management of department managers, setting goals and objectives to increase sales
